Jaime Diaz Draws on more than a decade of senior financial management expertise alongside a dedicated career in public safety as an active volunteer firefighter, Jaime leads the foundation’s strategic vision, institutional growth, and fiduciary governance. His background as a military personnel combined with his extensive experience in executive wealth advisory provides the foundation with the fiscal discipline and operational precision needed to build transparent, large-scale equipment distribution pipelines across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Dr. Julio De Peña brings elite tactical healthcare and emergency response capabilities to the foundation as Vice-President and Director of Medical and Rescue Operations. With extensive experience in disaster medicine and high-acuity emergency care, Dr. De Peña oversees the foundation’s clinical equipment vetting standards and medical logistics protocols. His technical leadership ensures that donated rescue tools, mobile infrastructure, and tactical trauma gear meets international safety standards before deployment to regional Cuerpos de Bomberos and emergency services units.

Francisco J. Diaz leads the foundation’s complex supply chain and strategic transit operations. Bringing specialized mastery in international cargo aviation and heavy freight routing, Francisco designs and executes the foundation's rapid asset-mobilization channels. His expertise allows the foundation to efficiently navigate international customs barriers, secure critical air and maritime cargo space, and deliver heavy apparatus and life-saving equipment directly into crisis theaters and underserved municipalities.
