This agreement package includes:
Schedule of Donated Assets: An itemized table to record make, model, serial/VIN numbers, quantities, and estimated fair market value for your department's tax records.
Hold Harmless & Release Agreement: A legally binding liability waiver that completely releases and indemnifies the donating department or municipality from downstream operational liability once assets are transferred.
International Deployment Certification: Formal certification that all accepted equipment, vehicles, and life-safety hardware are designated exclusively for international donation to frontline municipal fire departments (Cuerpos de Bomberos) in the Dominican Republic and will not be redeployed or placed into service within the United States.

When you make a contribution through our secure online donation portal, you will find an option to dedicate your gift in honor or in memory of a family member, a fallen first responder, or a loved one.
